AIM-30 NH Compass

When your phone dies or the map gets soaked, the AIM-30 NH is our go-to compass for hikers, hunters, and trail runners who want a dependable backup. The baseplate and rotating bezel make taking bearings quick, while a Northern Hemisphere-balanced needle settles fast and stays steady across the Southeast.

• Northern Hemisphere-balanced needle swings freely and settles fast, so you get a reliable bearing here in the Southeast
• Baseplate design lets you lay the compass on a map, line up your route, and take a bearing without extra tools
• Rotating bezel with degree markings makes setting and following a heading simple, even with sweaty hands or gloves
• Simple, no-frills layout is easy to learn and fast to read when you're tired, hot, or turned around in thick woods
• Light enough to clip to a pack or stash in a pocket as a battery-free backup for hiking, hunting, and trail running
