Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • Yes! We offer free shipping within the contiguous US on any orders that are over $60. Shipping speeds may vary.
  • Do you offer free return shipping?
    • We do not offer free return shipping unless the item is defective, or a mistake was made in the order. We charge $8.95 for a return label for all discretionary returns.

Orders

  • Can I exchange my purchase for a different product?
    • We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you may return your purchase and order a different product. 
  • Can I return my item?
    • If you have any questions on whether or not you can return your product, please reference our Return Policy. If you are still unsure after reading our policy, you may contact us using our Contact Form.
  • How do I return my purchase?
    • If you would like to return your purchase, go to our Returns Type in your order number and email address and click "Return Item". We will follow up with a return shipping label within 24 hours. 
  • How long does it take to receive my refund?
    • For most orders, it will take 5-10 business days to receive your package, inspect it, process it into inventory, and complete your return. If you purchased with a credit card, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to depending on your credit card provider. 

Payments

  • Do you accept Cashier's Check or Money Orders?
    • We do not currently accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Sorry for the inconvenience. 
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    • Yes, we charge sales tax where applicable and required by law.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    • Grivet Outdoors accepts Shopify Payments. You may use your credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AmEx) through this method. We also accept Apple Pay in store.
  • Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on your site?
    • Grivet Outdoors is very aware of your security concerns, and we have taken additional steps to make sure that your information is secured through our payment methods and Privacy Policy.

  • How can I get help if I need it?
    • There are two ways you can get help if you need it:
      • You can call us at (855)983-8993 from 8:00am-4:00pm CT, Monday-Friday.
      • If it's not within our hours of operation, you can use our Contact Form and we will respond as soon as possible.
    • Do you offer back ordering?
      • We do not currently do back orders. We are working on this feature and we will let you know when it comes available. 
    • The size I want is out of stock. What can I do?
      • Grivet Outdoors is very sorry to hear that we are out of stock of your product. We are receiving new inventory daily so please check for updates.
