LIFETIME RETURN POLICY
If you aren't overjoyed with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a refund as long as it's still in sellable condition. The item should be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or smells, and must be in its original packaging.
All Gift Cards are final sale.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number is sufficient. If you're returning a pair of shoes or boots, we need the box back. Please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box. Put it in another box before you stick the return label on. Additionally, if you are returning an item with multiple parts, we need all of the parts back. If you fail to follow these directions, we will not be able to accept the return and won't issue a refund.
An $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use one of our return shipping labels. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was filled incorrectly. Orders returned after 30 days that are in new condition will receive store/website credit only. Orders returned in used condition will not be accepted past 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT(S)
To mail the product(s) back to us, simply click the link below to start a return. Make sure any existing labels are covered and take it to your local FedEx, UPS or USPS. Make sure you ask the carrier service for a receipt with tracking information as proof of acceptance. Unfortunately, items sometimes go missing during the shipment, and proof of acceptance by the carrier service will be required to be refunded for any item that does go missing. The return shipping will take about 5-7 business days. Your refund will show up within five business days after we receive your package.

Orders returned past 30 days are only eligible for store credit.
Orders Containing a Free Gift
Anytime you return an order that comes with a free gift, you must also return the free gift. If we don’t receive it back, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.

We cannot process exchanges on orders placed through Amazon or eBay.
