LIFETIME RETURN POLICY

If you aren't overjoyed with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a refund as long as it's still in sellable condition. The item should be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or smells, and must be in its original packaging. 

All Gift Cards are final sale.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number is sufficient.  If you're returning a pair of shoes or boots, we need the box back. Please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box.  Put it in another box before you stick the return label on. If you fail to follow these directions, we will not be able to accept the return and won't issue a refund.

A $8.95 shipping fee will deducted from your refund.  Orders returned after 30 days that are in new condition, will receive store/website credit only. Orders returned in used condition will not be accepted past 30 days. 


Some returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT(S)

To mail the product(s) back to us, simply click the link below to start a return.  Make sure any existing labels are covered and take it to your local FedEx, UPS or USPS.  The shipping will take about 5-7 business days to get your package back to us. Your refund will show up within five business days after we receive your package.

Orders returned past 30 days are only eligible for store credit.
 


Orders Containing a Free Gift

Anytime you return an order that comes with a free gift, you must also return the free gift. If we don’t receive it back, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.


Amazon, eBay

We cannot process exchanges on orders placed through Amazon or eBay.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping, and you can mail the product(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice. Address the package to:
