Price Matching Policy

At Grivet Outdoors, we believe you should get the highest quality products for the best possible price. Because we stand behind this so much, we will price match other sites that may have the product discounted. There are a few rules though. 

1. The Product must Match Exactly

Often times, other retailers will discount less common sizes or colors that aren't moving as well. If you come across a discount for an "Altra Lone Peak 3.5, Pink, Size 6" we will not price match on the "Altra Lone Peak 3.5, Black, Size 8". 

2. We Require Verifiable Proof

To make sure the pricing is authentic and doesn't have other fees or conditions like shipping associated with it, we require verifiable proof such as a link to the product. 

3. The Product Must Be In-Stock 

The item you want to price match must still be in stock and available for purchase at the other retailer/s site, as well as in stock on our website as well. We are unable to price match items that are out-of-stock on the other retailer's website. If you are unable to place a certain product (color or size) in the checkout cart on our grivetoutdoors.com website, this means we are currently out of stock. 

4. We DO NOT Price Match EBAY, Amazon , nor any liquidation sites. 

We must be able to verify that the linked website belongs to a registered US-based business, for example through a working US customer service phone number and/or a verifiable customer service email provided on the webpage. Because there are so many used and refurbished listings on EBAY, we will not price match any product on EBAY or any other liquidation sites. 

Please be aware that the decision to price match is ultimately up to our discretion. If we are able to verify that your request follows these guidelines, we will honor our word and give you the best price on the internet!
