Smith Summit MIPS Snow Helmet

Built for backcountry touring and ski mountaineering, the Summit MIPS is our go-to snow helmet for skiers who count every ounce on the climb. Zonal Koroyd and MIPS absorb impact and reduce rotational forces, while 33 fixed vents keep air moving and goggles fog-free.

• Triple-certified protection: ASTM F2040, CE EN 1077 Class B, and EN 12506 mountaineering standards, so one helmet covers the skin track, the boot pack, and the descent
• Zonal Koroyd and MIPS absorb impact and reduce rotational forces, inside a hybrid shell with a tough exterior and a lightweight in-molded core
• Smith BOA 360 fit system dials in a micro-adjustable fit and collapses into the helmet so it stuffs easily into your pack
• 33 fixed vents and AirEvac ventilation work with Smith goggles to keep air moving and lenses clear. The Ionic+ lining controls sweat odor on long climbs
• Made for the approach: external bungee loops, integrated headlamp routing, and beanie and ball cap compatibility. A technical knit liner and Smith helmet bag are included, in sizes S–XL
