Ballista MD Spike Running Shoe - Women's

Built for the 400m to 1500m, the Ballista MD is our pick for competitive track athletes who need a true race-day spike. The 6-pin Pebax plate delivers firm, aggressive traction off the line, while SSL EVA cushioning gives you just enough response without dead weight. At 3.3 oz, it practically disappears on your foot.

• 6-pin Pebax spike plate provides a rigid, propulsive platform built for powerful acceleration through middle-distance events

• Breathable mesh upper fits close to the foot for a locked-in, distraction-free feel from gun to tape
• Zero drop (0mm heel-to-toe) with a 10mm stack front and rear — tuned for a natural, forward-drive stride on the track
• Sized for the 400m through 1500m, available in Black/Cool Mint from size 5 through 12
