The Grivet Take
The Cloudflow 4 is On's tempo-and-race trainer with an integrated Speedboard plate, sitting between the everyday Cloudswift and the carbon-plated Cloudboom Strike. 31/22 stack with a 9mm drop, Helion foam, ~8.6 oz men's. Best for tempo workouts, 5k-10k racing, and daily training where you want plate-assisted snap. Skip it for max-cushion long runs; the Cloudflow is built for pace and shorter distances.

Support

How it fits
Fits true to size with a standard On last. Toe box runs standard width with normal vertical room. Available in Standard (D) only for men's.
How it feels
Cushion is moderate; Helion foam plus integrated Speedboard plate produces a snappy, responsive ride suited to tempo and racing. The 9mm drop and pronounced rocker carry the foot through toe-off. Energy return is good for the daily-trainer category.
