Inov8 F-Fly Cross Training Shoe – Men's

Built for functional fitness and HIIT, the F-Fly is our go-to cross-trainer for athletes who jump, sprint, and lift in the same session. The breathable knit upper moves air in humid Southern gyms, while the wider toe box and midfoot wrap keep you planted under load.

• High-rebound midsole cushions landings from box jumps and sprints, then returns the energy on the next rep
• Engineered knit upper fits snug like a sock and breathes well when the gym or garage turns into a sauna
• Anatomical toe box lets your toes splay for better balance and a stable base in squats and lifts
• Reinforced midfoot wrap adds lateral support for cutting, shuffles, and agility drills
• Sticky rubber outsole grips gym turf, rubber flooring, and pavement, so one pair covers the WOD and the warm-up run
