KMD EVO Training Shoe – Men's

For lifting, agility drills, and outdoor training, the KMD EVO is our go-to FiveFingers shoe for athletes who want real ground feel. The XS TREK outsole grips gym floors, turf, and uneven ground, while the speed-lace closure keeps your foot locked in through lateral work.

• Five separate toe pockets let each toe move and grip independently, so you get true ground feedback and train natural foot mechanics
• XS TREK outsole holds traction on gym floors, turf, and light outdoor surfaces, so you can move from the weight room to the trailhead in one shoe
• Speed-lace closure cinches down fast and stays put, so your foot won't shift during heavy lifts or hard lateral cuts
• 7mm stack height with zero drop keeps you low and stable for squats, deadlifts, and agility work, at just 7.2 oz per shoe
• Sized in EU with a snug, sock-like fit. Our team can help you dial in size, and we carry Yellow/Blue and Black/Yellow colorways
