The Grivet Take
The Ride 14 is older Saucony stock for women, a balanced daily neutral trainer from 2021. 35/27 stack with an 8mm drop, original PWRRUN EVA foam. Best for budget-conscious daily training and runners loyal to the older Saucony foam character. Skip it for any speed work or modern foam expectations; this is closeout-era inventory at closeout pricing.

Support
Support TypeSupport Type describes how much built-in guidance the shoe has. Neutral shoes do not add support structure. Stability shoes use geometry, rails, firmer foam, or frame designs to create a more guided feel. Motion control shoes are the maximum-support category and are rare in modern running.

How it fits
Fits true to size with a traditional Saucony last. Toe box runs standard width, midfoot is normal volume, heel hold is good. Available in Standard (B) and Wide (D) for women's, which is wider availability than newer Ride versions.
How it feels
Cushion is moderate; PWRRUN EVA reads firm-balanced, predictable, durable. Energy return is minimal. The 8mm drop and traditional geometry feel familiar to long-time Saucony customers.
