Inov-8 F-Lite Cross Training Shoe – Women's

For women who split time between the weight room, turf, and conditioning circuits, the F-Lite is our top pick in a true cross-trainer. Its low-drop platform supports natural mechanics through heavy lifts and lateral work, while sticky gum rubber grips turf, gym flooring, and slick surfaces alike. Wide sizing means a locked-in fit without having to size up.

• Low-drop construction keeps your foot close to the ground for better stability and natural mechanics during squats, deadlifts, and box jumps
• Gum rubber outsole grips turf, rubber flooring, and slick gym surfaces without wearing down fast — built to last through high-rep training cycles
• Wide fit accommodates broader feet with a secure heel and open forefoot — no pinching, no sliding around mid-set
• Lightweight build won't slow you down through conditioning blocks, agility drills, or circuit work where you need to stay quick on your feet
• Available in Black/Gum, White/Gum, Light Blue/Blue, and Pink in wide sizing from size 6 to 10 — rare to find this range in a true wide cross-trainer
