Motiv FLX Training Shoe – Women's

From weight room to studio class, the Motiv FLX is our go-to training shoe for women who lift, cut, and move hard. The zero-drop platform keeps your heel and forefoot level for natural alignment, while the wide, foot-shaped toe box lets your toes splay and grip.

• Zero-drop platform: heel and forefoot sit at the same height, so load spreads evenly across your whole foot
• Flexible midsole and outsole bend with you through lateral cuts, deadlifts, and box jumps instead of fighting back
• Wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your toes room to splay and engage during squats and side-to-side work
• Lightweight build moves from gym floor to parking lot without feeling clunky, and works for lifting, classes, and light cardio
• Five colorways (Black/Silver/White, Black/Gold/White Smoke, White/Vapors Grey/Gum, Coconut Cream/Pink Glow, Windward Blue/Niagara Mist) in sizes 5.5-11
